Trevor is a highly intense & motivated trainer. A member since 2013, he uses his background in Muay Thai kickboxing to work on fundamentals while maintaining the intense pace & high energy that CKO provides. He also draws from his experiences playing football at Notre Dame to motivate members. That level of competition and training pushed him beyond the playing field to reach new heights, finishing two marathons, two triathlons along with many other races. CKO training offers a unique mental and physical challenge that pushes your body to limits you may not think you can get to. Started CKO in January 2013. I have always had an interest in kick boxing since I was in high school and have taken many mixed martial arts, kick boxing, and self defense classes. I graduated from Rutgers University in New Brunswick. I am a mother of two children, My daughter is 3 yrs and my son is 1 yr. Before my children I was in the pharmaceutical sales field for cardiology and endocrinology. I also worked as a makeup artist for MAC cosmetics and still enjoy occasionally doing freelance artist work for them. When I am not at CKO, my favorite hobby is spending time with my husband and kids!
Kate is one of the newest members of the team. Come in and catch one of her high energy classes!

Cathy's fitness journey started years ago, where after enduring physical & mental abuse, she decided she wanted to get some kind of strength. As the physical strength came, so did the mental strength, and she was able to break free of the cycle of abuse! She has three amazing children and is an EMT, helping people in the ER. Cathy started teaching with us in December 2013. You can catch her every other Sunday morning bright & early at 8:00 AM.
Joined CKO Edison, in February of 2014. CKO very much helped me loose 60lbs in time for my wedding in October 2016. Started working at the front desk in August 2016 and will be working at both Edison and Woodbridge locations. I plan on continuing to keep CKO a major part of my lifestyle, to maintain my weight loss, gain more muscle and to loose all the baby weight! (Baby boy due September 1, 2017)
I was bored at your typical gym so I decided to try out CKO after seeing their booth at a street fair. I instantly fell in love and joined that night. Four months after, I found myself being an elementary school teacher by day and working the desk at CKO by night. I've lost 12 pounds (hopefully more to come) thanks to boxing and find myself happy as a clam sitting behind the desk. Who knew a part time job could change your life?
Rebecca is another example of a member turned staff member. Look for her friendly greeting behind the front desk when you come in.
